Gluten Free Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients:

3/4 c rice flour
1/2 c almond flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
1/8 tsp ginger
1/3 c coconut oil (melted)
1/4 c water
2 eggs
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c molasses
2/3 c pumpkin puree

Combine flours, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger in medium bowl. Mix well. Combine coconut oil, water, eggs, sugar, molasses, pumpkin in large bowl. Mix well. Add dry ingredients. Pour into loaf pan, Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes.
